Step 1 · Hear Croop's story — Talk to Croop — Oren Castle Town — Listen to Warehouse Chief Croop's account of the murdered Dwarven contractors and watch the scene that follows. You are returned to Croop afterwards.
Step 2 · Get Croop's Introduction — Talk to Croop — Oren Castle Town — Talk to Croop again to receive Croop's Introduction and the request to find his cousin Jacob.
Step 3 · Find Guard Hector — Bring Croop's Introduction to Hector — Oren Castle Town — Bring Croop's Introduction to Guard Hector at Oren's northern entrance. He sends you to Guard Stan.
Step 4 · Question Guard Stan — Talk to Stan — Oren Castle Town — Find Guard Stan at the southern entrance to Oren Castle. He lets slip that you should search the area east of Oren Castle.
Step 5 · Search the Unidentified Body — Talk to Unidentified Body — Oren Castle Town — Examine the Unidentified Body east of Oren Castle and take Jacob's Necklace from its hand.
Step 6 · Return to Croop — Bring Jacob's Necklace to Croop — Oren Castle Town — Bring Jacob's Necklace back to Warehouse Chief Croop and agree to arrange Jacob's memorial service. He gives you Croop's Letter.
Step 7 · Visit High Priest Hollint — Bring Croop's Letter Requesting a Memorial Service to Hollint — Oren Castle Town — Take Croop's Letter to High Priest Hollint in the Temple of Einhasad in the Town of Oren for your reward. You must be level 79 or higher to claim it.
