- Step 1 · Ask Crosby for Advice — Talk to Crosby — Dion Castle Town — Speak with Chamberlain Crosby again; he suggests winning the support of Spellbook Seller Rouke. Only the Dion castle lord can take this quest, and the castle must not have a contracted fortress.
- Step 2 · Send a Confidant to Rouke — Talk to Rouke — Dion Castle Town — A clan member talks to Crosby while you stand next to them to become your representative. The representative then speaks with Rouke in the Town of Dion.
- Step 3 · Report to Crosby — Talk to Crosby — Dion Castle Town — Talk to Crosby again; he sends you to Mercenary Captain Sophya.
- Step 4 · Talk to Sophya — Talk to Sophya — Dion Castle Town — Ask Mercenary Captain Sophya about the rebels; she tells you about the new Bloody Axe aide.
- Step 5 · Kill the Bloody Axe Aide — Hunt Ol Mahum Raider, Ol Mahum Marksman, Ol Mahum Sergeant, Ol Mahum Captain — Collect 1× Bloody Axe Black Epaulette from Bloody Axe Aide — Dion Castle Town — Hunt Ol Mahum Raiders, Marksmen, Sergeants and Captains until the Bloody Axe Aide appears. Defeat it for the Bloody Axe Black Epaulette.
- Step 6 · Return to Sophya — Bring Bloody Axe Black Epaulette to Sophya — Dion Castle Town — Bring the Bloody Axe Black Epaulette to Sophya.
- Step 7 · Gather Mandragora Roots — Collect 100× Mandragora Root from Mandragora Sprout, Mandragora Sapling, Mandragora Blossom — Bring Mandragora Root to Rouke — Dion Castle Town — Your representative kills Mandragora Sprouts, Saplings and Blossoms for 100 Mandragora Roots and gives them to Rouke.
- Step 8 · Return to Crosby — Talk to Crosby — Dion Castle Town — Speak with Chamberlain Crosby to be proclaimed Lord of Dion.
